  • 5 star review  Aqua Mummies is one of the best things you can do during your pregnancy. Not only do you get a good work out, but you feel great about youself too. Each class is different and helps prepare you for the days leading to the big day and even afterwards. Jolene (the instructor) is an absolute sweetheart. Being a midwife she's very experienced and helpful. I was also very lucky to have her deliver my baby because she's so supportive, calm and caring. Thanks Jolene you are an angel xxx

    aqua mummies is an amazing experience that I really enjoyed throughout my pregnancy from enjoying the exercise and also the social side meeting other mummies to be. midwives/instructors are also really nice people and you can ask them anything aswel.

    5 star review  I really enjoyed attending the classes. A good and safe way of exercising during pregnancy. Definitely helped me to reduce the backache and swollen feet. I am already missing these classes. I highly recommend these classes to all pregnant women. A big thanks to Jolene who made these lessons worth attending to.

  • Each week I used to look very forward to my swimming session. Both Jolene and Christina are very dedicated midwives who go out of their way to deliver enjoyable yet very effective training. Swimming sessions helped me in maintaining a healthy weight throughout pregnancy, gained only 9kgs which were easy to shed off after delivery. Also helped with the baby's heart rate and blood flow. Will definitely recommend to anyone willing to enjoy a healthy pregnancy!

    5 star review  It was the best gift to myself during pregnancy. Would do it all over again if pregnant again. I believe it helped a lot especially during labour with breathing techniques

    5 star review  Attending Aqua Mummies classes was simply the best decision I've made throughout my pregnancy. I highly recommend them to all mummies-to-be out there... not only do they help in keeping you healthy and fit, but you also get to meet other mummies-to-be and share your thoughts and experiences. Would like to thank the amazing Jolene Camilleri, for being ever so sweet, so professional and for making each class so much fun, challenging yet relaxing!

  • 5 star review  I really enjoyed attending the aquanatal classes during my pregnancy, classes are fun and always varied. It helps for reducing swollen feet and backache and best of all I felt that it really helped during delivery with the exercises we use to do. A fantastic class and instructor (Jolene) which I would highly recommend.

    5 star review  5 star isn't enough to describe my experience at Aqua Mummies. Amazing and most professional instructors/ midwives, great environment and wonderfully planned sessions. Keeping fit was my aim but such exercises were ideal for me cause afterwards I use to have a very good sleep considering a lot of sleepless nights during the last few weeks of my pregnancy. I will miss you all.
