Aqua Mummies was the vest choice for me to exercise while pregnant. It was an intense 1 hour full of a variety of movement to help the expectant mother and baby. All the sessions were informative and 1 hour I looked forward to every week.
Attending Aquamummies was one of the best decisions that I made. Started very early in the pregnancy as i have back problems and also started suffering from SPD at week 28 and these classes were the only exercise i could do where i felt painless and alive. I used to look forward for these classes after a day at work. Jolene is such a caring person and gives you individual attention were needed. Being a midwife she was there throughout my pregnancy and even after i gave birth. Jolene is a special person and she made a difference in my 'not so easy' pregnancy. 🙂
Loved my classes with Jolene! Highly professional. It's a good total body workout & such a great feeling being so weightless in the water! The classes are amazing, I know these classes were a big help for my labour. Can’t imagine not doing the classes throughout the pregnancy. I highly recommend Aquamummies to all pregnant women out there. It really does give you a great workout and feeling at the end.
Had my last session today. It was lovely attending these sessions, very professional, enjoyable and you feel great afterwards. Totally recommend.

I really enjoyed attending the classes. A good and safe way of exercising during pregnancy. Definitely helped me to reduce the backache and swollen feet. I am already missing these classes. I highly recommend these classes to all pregnant women. A big thanks to Jolene who made these lessons worth attending to.
Each week I used to look very forward to my swimming session. Both Jolene and Christina are very dedicated midwives who go out of their way to deliver enjoyable yet very effective training. Swimming sessions helped me in maintaining a healthy weight throughout pregnancy, gained only 9kgs which were easy to shed off after delivery. Also helped with the baby's heart rate and blood flow. Will definitely recommend to anyone willing to enjoy a healthy pregnancy!
LOVING the Aqua Mummies classes! Very professional instructors, great atmosphere, great workouts! A great way to get going during one's pregnancy, especially if you're like me and require a group commitment to get moving. Will definitely recommend to any one who is pregnant. It's nice to feel active even when you're getting heavier by the second, helps both physically and mentally throughout the pregnancy. Thank you Aqua Mummies! 🙂

Attending Aqua Mummies classes was simply the best decision I've made throughout my pregnancy. I really enjoyed attending the aquanatal classes during my pregnancy, classes are fun and always varied. It helps for reducing swollen feet and backache and best of all I felt that it really helped during delivery with the exercises we use to do. A fantastic class and instructor (Jolene) which I would highly recommend.
It was the best gift to myself during pregnancy. Would do it all over again if pregnant again. I believe it helped a lot especially during labour with breathing techniques
The aqua mummies classes were really great. Highly beneficial for anyone who is pregnant and ideal for ladies with different fitness levels. The water helps relax stiff aching muscles and allows you to work out in a safe environment allowing you to push yourself that little bit extra. Jolene was really lovely, experienced and gave individual attention to all in class. I really enjoyed all the classes thank you Jolene! Highly recommended!
Would like to thank u a lot as it was fun and learnt alot from the sessions.. Surely helped to ease my lower back pain. It is very safe and helps to keep fit.. Thanks to the dedicated, motivated mid wife & instructor Jolene which made it easier for us to burn some calories 🙂 I totally suggest to the mummies to be xx
