LOVING the Aqua Mummies classes! Very professional instructors, great atmosphere, great workouts! A great way to get going during one's pregnancy, especially if you're like me and require a group commitment to get moving. Will definitely recommend to any one who is pregnant. Attending Aqua Mummies classes was simply the best decision I've made throughout my pregnancy. Classes at Aqua Mummies are one of the things I miss mostly during pregnancy. Jolene and Christina are so professional...not just in doing aqua classes but awesome midwives and will support you all the way. Classes helped me control my weight and also relieve my edema. Labour was very smooth and quite short too. Highly recommended! Will surely miss you and your awesome classes 😊
One of the best things I did during my pregnancy was to attend the aqua classes! It is a very good workout and at the same time it helped me relax alot. To top it off the classes are led by Jolene who is highly professional, extremely helpful and gives individual attention. She was also a pillar of support all throughout the pregnancy. Totally recommended!!

Attending Aquamummies was one of the best decisions that I made early on in my pregnancy. Not only was it beneficial for my and my baby's health, but it was fun too! Jolene is such a caring person and a midwife so you feel totally safe plus she is always happy to answer any questions re pregnancy and birth. You rock Jolene keep it up!!
5 star isn't enough to describe my experience at Aqua Mummies. Amazing and most professional instructors/ midwives, great environment and wonderfully planned sessions. Keeping fit was my aim but such exercises were ideal for me cause afterwards I use to have a very good sleep considering a lot of sleepless nights during the last few weeks of my pregnancy. I will miss you all.

Aqua Mummies is one of the best things you can do during your pregnancy. Not only do you get a good work out, but you feel great about youself too. Each class is different and helps prepare you for the days leading to the big day and even afterwards. Jolene (the instructor) is an absolute sweetheart. Being a midwife she's very experienced and helpful. I was also very lucky to have her deliver my baby because she's so supportive, calm and caring. Thanks Jolene you are an angel xxx
Aqua Mummies was the vest choice for me to exercise while pregnant. It was an intense 1 hour full of a variety of movement to help the expectant mother and baby. All the sessions were informative and 1 hour I looked forward to every week.

These classes help me relax my aching muscles and bones, while at the same time exercising and improving my overall health. Jolene is an amazing instructor and midwife making sure the classes are fun and enjoyable.
Attending Aquamummies was one of the best decisions that I made. Started very early in the pregnancy as i have back problems and also started suffering from SPD at week 28 and these classes were the only exercise i could do where i felt painless and alive. I used to look forward for these classes after a day at work. Jolene is such a caring person and gives you individual attention were needed. Being a midwife she was there throughout my pregnancy and even after i gave birth. Jolene is a special person and she made a difference in my 'not so easy' pregnancy. 🙂
