The best decision I made during my pregnancy was to start aqua mummies! Helped me immensely! Jolene is awesome, i recommend it to everyone who wants to feel better during their pregnancies.
Each week I used to look very forward to my swimming session. Both Jolene and Christina are very dedicated midwives who go out of their way to deliver enjoyable yet very effective training. Swimming sessions helped me in maintaining a healthy weight throughout pregnancy, gained only 9kgs which were easy to shed off after delivery. Also helped with the baby's heart rate and blood flow. Will definitely recommend to anyone willing to enjoy a healthy pregnancy!

Aqua mummies is an enjoyable and safe way to stay fit while you’re pregnant. It improves your circulation, increases muscle tone and strength, and builds stamina. Your bump will also be supported and you'll feel almost weightless. Highly recommended!!
Aqua mummies sessions are the best choice for pregnant women. Attending these classes during my pregnancy helped in every step of the way. Jolene is not just an awesome aqua natal instructor but also a sweet person.I Definitely recommend to every mummy to be out there!
Aqua Mummies is one of the best things you can do during your pregnancy. Not only do you get a good work out, but you feel great about youself too. Each class is different and helps prepare you for the days leading to the big day and even afterwards. Jolene (the instructor) is an absolute sweetheart. Being a midwife she's very experienced and helpful. I was also very lucky to have her deliver my baby because she's so supportive, calm and caring. Thanks Jolene you are an angel xxx

The aqua mummies classes were really great. Highly beneficial for anyone who is pregnant and ideal for ladies with different fitness levels. The water helps relax stiff aching muscles and allows you to work out in a safe environment allowing you to push yourself that little bit extra. Jolene was really lovely, experienced and gave individual attention to all in class. I really enjoyed all the classes thank you Jolene! Highly recommended!
Jolene and Christina are amazing instructors and super motivating. Thanks to them i always looked forward to my weekly lessons. I had almost no backpain during my 2nd pregnancy which i strongly believe is thanks to the exercises. Missing the lessons already!

I highly recommend Aqua Mummies to all pregnant women. The classes are beneficial to keep fit and healthy troughout the pregnancy and prepare your body for labour. Jolene is a great instructor and midwife and she makes the classes fun and also professional. I will definitely miss the classes but so glad that I was part of Aqua Mummies 🙂
Would like to thank u a lot as it was fun and learnt alot from the sessions.. Surely helped to ease my lower back pain. It is very safe and helps to keep fit.. Thanks to the dedicated, motivated mid wife & instructor Jolene which made it easier for us to burn some calories 🙂 I totally suggest to the mummies to be xx
It was the best gift to myself during pregnancy. Would do it all over again if pregnant again. I believe it helped a lot especially during labour with breathing techniques
One of the best things I did during my pregnancy was to attend the aqua classes! It is a very good workout and at the same time it helped me relax alot. To top it off the classes are led by Jolene who is highly professional, extremely helpful and gives individual attention. She was also a pillar of support all throughout the pregnancy. Totally recommended!!
