    5 star review  One of the best things I did during my pregnancy was to attend the aqua classes! It is a very good workout and at the same time it helped me relax alot. To top it off the classes are led by Jolene who is highly professional, extremely helpful and gives individual attention. She was also a pillar of support all throughout the pregnancy. Totally recommended!!

  • 5 star review  Attending Aquamummies was one of the best decisions that I made early on in my pregnancy. Not only was it beneficial for my and my baby's health, but it was fun too! Jolene is such a caring person and a midwife so you feel totally safe plus she is always happy to answer any questions re pregnancy and birth. You rock Jolene keep it up!!

    5 star review  Great way to stay active and healthy during pregnancy. Exercises are also great in preparation for labour. Definitely recommended.

    Each week I used to look very forward to my swimming session. Both Jolene and Christina are very dedicated midwives who go out of their way to deliver enjoyable yet very effective training. Swimming sessions helped me in maintaining a healthy weight throughout pregnancy, gained only 9kgs which were easy to shed off after delivery. Also helped with the baby's heart rate and blood flow. Will definitely recommend to anyone willing to enjoy a healthy pregnancy!

  • 5 star review  Attending Aqua Mummies classes was simply the best decision I've made throughout my pregnancy. I highly recommend them to all mummies-to-be out there... not only do they help in keeping you healthy and fit, but you also get to meet other mummies-to-be and share your thoughts and experiences. Would like to thank the amazing Jolene Camilleri, for being ever so sweet, so professional and for making each class so much fun, challenging yet relaxing!

    5 star review  I really enjoyed attending the classes. A good and safe way of exercising during pregnancy. Definitely helped me to reduce the backache and swollen feet. I am already missing these classes. I highly recommend these classes to all pregnant women. A big thanks to Jolene who made these lessons worth attending to.

    Classes at Aqua Mummies are one of the things I miss mostly during pregnancy. Jolene and Christina are so professional...not just in doing aqua classes but awesome midwives and will support you all the way. Classes helped me control my weight and also relieve my edema. Labour was very smooth and quite short too. Highly recommended! Will surely miss you and your awesome classes 😊

    5 star review  It was the best gift to myself during pregnancy. Would do it all over again if pregnant again. I believe it helped a lot especially during labour with breathing techniques

    5 star review  Would like to thank u a lot as it was fun and learnt alot from the sessions.. Surely helped to ease my lower back pain. It is very safe and helps to keep fit..
